Hanze Financials web application

The Hanze application is an offshore outsourcing web application where people can login on the website of the Hanze insurance advisers and maintain a complete overview of all the insurances, mortgages and loans they have. All current insurances are available at any time, including the contents of the various insurances. Based on the expiration dates of these financial products Hanze can contact the customer and make them a propositions for renewal of these products. Hanze is now also capable registering the frequency the users enter the system and apply proposals into the overview, and in that way increasing the suability of the Hanze Financials Insurance System. Customers consider it easier to have all insurance in a dashboard like overview.

For Hanze Financials, the system improved customer loyalty, increased the average number of insurances with each customer. It dramatically decreased help desk calls.

Technical data

This application uses the PHP programming language combined with a MySQL database for the back end. The front end is a Joomla website and part custom made pages using PHP and MySQL.
