This module focuses on the organizations with which a relationship exists. WATCH Contact management offers a clear and easy way to search for information on an organizational and contact person level. With the aid of the description of contact moments, employees can easily and quickly prepare for customer visits. WATCH contact management also has a lot of possibilities to make selections bases on contact types, functions of contact persons and other merge actions.attributes. These selections can be used in mail merge actions.

WATCH Invoicing

In this module invoices are generated based on estimated en registered hours, articles and other costs. The invoices can be generated one by one or in a batch process after selecting a period. Besides the invoices themselves, the module also support the creation (one by one or in batch) or reminders and final demands. Invoices are generated as pdf files. 

Technical data

This application uses the PHP programming language combined with a MySQL database. Because of the large number of customers we support MySQL 3, MySQL 4 and MySQL 5 as well as PHP4 and PHP5. Because MySQL and PHP are both available on many operating systems and because the application can run using many web servers. The application is really operating system independent.

TwinTown is application service provider for WATCH. That means the application is rented out to customers and the installations and maintenance of the server are in the hands of TwinTown. Hosting is done on Linux and Unix servers.
